A proactive reengineering of the processes to the needs of the customers is getting more and more important. This means, that today's organizations had to be transformed to meet the future needs. The involved company would like to change itself before beeing forced by the market. Keeping this in mind, the german speaking part of the sales division of MTCH started with a change project to build a successful and streamlined organization.

Looking for a support of the core team, MTCH contacted our institute. Research topics in this project are: distribution logistics, informatics support and network organization. This research project would help us to extend the idea of ALP (''Advanced Logistic Partnership'') to areas like marketing, sales and customer relationship. In the first step, we documented all the new processes. The next step was the creation of an online handbook for the employees. The project in the company was finished with a workshop to discuss the actual implementation phase. Some of the new processes are working correctly but there are also some open questions for the future. At this time we are working on publications and summaries ot the results.
